Here are some of the great events happening in Kensal Rise this April

It's April. Right on the cusp of summer. You could be forgiven for lighting the BBQ on a decent day. It's also a month with an extra long weekend, with the easter public holidays falling on the Friday 19th and Monday 22nd. That's four full days off work or six weeks if you're at school or uni.

Given the four day long bank holiday weekend this month, we thought we'd bring you the latest events happening throughout April in a series of special blog posts. This time it's the turn of the "leafy suburban" area of Kensal Rise in London.

Here's what's planned in Kensal Rise throughout April:

2. Paradise | The Great British Film Club

Paradise By Way of Kensal Green will be continuing it's theme of providing the perfect combination every Sunday - a roast accompanied by a viewing of a classic British film. It's a ticketed event with 25 seats per showing - but really ask yourself - is there a better Sunday combo?
